Service Manager

The motorcycle service business is complex and requires the unique combination of technical knowledge, mentorship capability, customer service skills and management experience at the helm to serve our riders through repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and warranty claims. The right person is needed to lead a team of service advisors, technicians and detailers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • MMI graduate and Harley-Davidson® Master Technician, highly preferred.
  • At least five years of service operations management experience.
  • Progressive management experience and the ability to set and maintain standards.
  • Must possess valid ALDL w/ motorcycle endorsement.
  • Harley-Davidson® technical product knowledge and passion for riding.

Service Master Technician

The right person in the shop keeps our riders out on the road. We are seeking highly-motivated, fully-trained, confident technicians with at least 3 years of experience and extensive tool set.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Successful completion and outstanding transcript from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI).
  • At least 3 years of Harley-Davidson® dealership technician experience.
  • Must have own tools and/or the ability to purchase what is required.
  • Master of Technology certification preferred.
  • Must be up-to-date on all PHD classes, or have the ability to do so quickly.
  • Must be able to push and handle a 800lb motorcycle.
  • Must possess valid ALDL w/ motorcycle endorsement.
  • Harley-Davidson® technical product knowledge and passion for riding.
  • Duties include all manner of motorcycle maintenance and other related service work as assigned.

Service Advisor

Riders rely on our service department staff to get them back on the road quickly. The service advisor is critical in the process from intake to customer pick up and serves as the key point of contact for the rider at every step in between. We are seeking highly-motivated, technically-minded, confident communicators with strong multi-tasking and organization skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Completion of a factory-authorized training program, such as Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI), highly preferred. Superior communication and customer service skills. Harley-Davidson® technical product knowledge and passion for riding. Experience with point-of-sale software, or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers. Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Service Technician

The right person in the shop keeps our riders out on the road. We are seeking highly-motivated, fully-trained, confident technicians.

Motorcycle Sales

The right person on the showroom floor keeps our riders out on the road. We are seeking highly-motivated, out-going, confident salesmen with at least 3 years of experience in vehicle sales.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Attain new and pre-owned sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager.
  • Follow the dealership’s sales process and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop and follow-through on proactive, outbound prospecting plans utilizing both internal and external sources. Break monthly goals for phone calls, outbound contacts, kept appointments, etc. into daily and weekly targets; be accountable.
  • Use floor time effectively to determine and meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products.
  • Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits. Provide informative walk-around presentations.
  • Must be able to push and handle a 800lb motorcycle.
  • Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands.
  • Cross sell additional parts, accessories, F&I products, etc. with all new and pre-owned vehicles. Use dealership approved responses for F&I inquiries.
  • Maintain profit margin objectives for all vehicle sales.
  • Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
  • Introduce new customers to the service, parts, general merchandise and F&I departments and their personnel.
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement. High school diploma preferred. Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson® motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them. Applicable experience in big ticket retail sales strongly preferred. Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community a plus. Must have ability to relate with broad customer base. High energy level needed.

Parts & Accessories Associate

Maintain an appealing retail environment. Assist customers with their selection and purchase of parts and accessories while providing excellent C.U.S.T.O.M.er service.

Qualifications & Requirements:
